The Beginning

Founded in Spencer, Wisconsin in 2009 by Spencer graduate Perry Hinrichsen, R & R Flooring & Furniture began with just 25 carpet remnants and a dream to contribute to our community’s growth. What started as a modest operation — including having to cut carpet on the blacktop between rain and snow showers — has grown into a thriving business. We credit our success to Perry’s hands-on work ethic, the dedication of the R & R team, and the support of a fantastic community that believes in shopping local.

More Than Flooring

As our customers’ needs have grown, so have we! In 2012, we expanded our offerings to include furniture and American-made mattresses. Today, our showroom features a wide variety of bedroom sets, mattresses, adjustable beds, bed frames, lift chairs, living room furniture, coffee tables, end tables, and more. Additionally, we are proud to partner with local builders to offer custom-made pieces, including log furniture, curio and gun cabinets, and other handcrafted items that bring rustic charm and unique character to any space.

We specialize in the design and installation of tile showers, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, flooring, and accent walls. With a broad selection of ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, wood-look, and mosaic tiles, our experienced team guides each customer through the design process step by step — resulting in custom projects tailored perfectly to their style and space.

Growing with Purpose

In 2016, we took a big step by building a 3,600 square foot warehouse — and it didn’t take long to outgrow it! In 2021, we added on another 4,500 square feet; making it one of the largest carpet warehouses in Central Wisconsin. This space allows us to stock more products, offer faster service, and provide an even wider variety of flooring options.

From carpet and hardwood to tile, and luxury vinyl, we have flooring solutions for every style and space. The warehouse expansion also enabled us to grow our commercial division. We’re proud to provide professional flooring services across all of Wisconsin while staying true to our roots in quality, value, and care.
